You can then imagine how difficult it would be if you were to lose all of your data and have to set everything back up again. That is why a full hard drive backup is the preferred method of data backup, because every last bit of data is stored and not even your daylight savings time preference will be forgotten. There are many ways to make a perfect mirror image of your hard drive, and some are better then others. Lets talk about the various strategies and find out what will best suit you.

The first way to make a perfect copy of your hard drive, quickly and seamlessly, is to use good hard drive image software. A great example of this type of software is True Image from Acronis, which is complete imaging software that helps anyone make a perfect image of their hard drive and save it anywhere, even the hard drive if they want to. Of course there are also many other types of software on the market, and all are just as unique too. Just be sure to choose a good one, because if you dont, it could end up being the biggest mistake you ever made on your computer.

If you are a little more technically inclined, and have some knowledge of installing computer parts, then you could always use the RAID method. RAID, which stands for Redundant Array of Independent Disks, requires you to install another new hard drive and can be used to make a perfect mirror image of your current hard drive, which will always be up to date by the second. There are many different levels to RAID, but if you were using it for hard drive backup purposes, you would use level 1. Go there by clicking Start on your bottom toolbar, then go to All Programs, and then Accessories. You should now see a folder labeled System tools and once that is open, click on the Backup program.

Now that you have gotten some ideas on how to create a perfect backup of your hard drive, you should know where to save that backup. There is always the option to save your hard drive image backup on the hard drive itself, but most likely this will not work for everyone because of space limitations. Also, if the hard drive should be literally destroyed by a fire, tornado or some other act of nature, then the backup would be destroyed with it. That is why I recommend backups, especially hard drive images, be stored on a DVD-R, external hard drive or a device like a Zip drive. Then just be sure to backup once every week, or month, and store the backup in a secure location. Now you have a perfect copy of ALL of your data, and it is secure from this dangerous world.

Back in the 1950's, you'd have been hard-pressed to find a decent "watering hole" that didn't have a classic old-style jukebox parked in one of the corners. Since then, the popularity of jukeboxes has sizzled down a bit, but it's still a popular hire item for many private parties and events. In this article, I'd like to show you how to make your own custom home jukebox - ideal for those dinner parties and special occasions.

The first step is to either find or buy a relatively low-spec computer. The computer needn't be anything fancy - just something that runs Microsoft Windows XP or later and has USB ports. Once you've found or managed to buy something like this, you want to make sure that it is running at optimum - in other words, uninstall any software or background applications that aren't completely necessary. Step one complete!

The next step is to get a touch screen. Here you have two options - either buy a complete touch screen, or use a normal LCD screen and purchase a touch screen interface. The interface wraps around the normal screen and allows for touch functionality. Personally, I recommend just getting a complete touch screen, as there's less admin and it is generally more reliable. Whichever route you decide to go, make sure that the touch interface works with USB, and most importantly, your version of Microsoft Windows.

Then it's time to put it all together. Follow the installation instructions that come with the touch screen and make sure that the screen is calibrated accurately - in other words, that it points wherever you touch. You now have a touch screen computer and all that's left to do is find some jukebox software!

I personally recommend a software called TouchTone. It has nice big buttons (which you need for the touch control) and is very customizable. It is however, completely up to you which one you go with. Have a look on the internet and download some free trial versions of the software you like. Once you've found "the one", all that's left to do is load up your music and crank it up!

Obviously, for the best results, building some sort of cabinet or casing for the screen is the optimal route to go. I have seen people recess the screen into a wall or cupboard, which also looks good. I also suggest that you hook the computer up to a decent stereo system to get the best sound - there's nothing worse than cheap computer speakers...

You can not suppress the flow of life nor control it. You can not change the outcome through fear or worry, only dilute the possibilities of it. Sure, it seems easy to say this or think it, but to act it? It can be done through active awareness of your responses and through vigilance in the outcome of your emotions or thoughts. You will begin to see it and understand it as possible. When this clicks for you, when it really comes home, you will find there is no trying. That is what this is really about, letting go, not control. First, realize within yourself your patterns that lead you to feel unsettled; look at what you are doing, and how you respond. Next, tell yourself it will be okay, to let go of the fear and worry. Know that it is momentary, that it will change. Know that even though you may not know what the next moment will be like, it will be okay. So release the control and let go.

Be with the moment you are in and feel yourself settle down, let your feet come down, so to say. Be aware of how you feel and then remind yourself that the moment will pass, to release the act of trying to control things, and to remember that everything is as it should be until you no longer feel ungrounded. In this understanding of the importance of letting go and realizing how things really are, you will find yourself being balanced and grounded more and more consistently. You will see that by becoming unbalanced and ungrounded in the past, you unconsciously made everything in your life seem harder because it looked and felt that way to you and you responded accordingly. It can be done; you can know what being centered and grounded feels like. You can understand how life is truly simple and easy, without struggle. Remember - the moment is temporary, to release control, and that where you are right now is where you are meant to be.
